Job Title: Customer Service Executive International Voice Process Location: Pune ( NO VIRTUAL ROUNDS ) Salary: Up to 7 LPA (CTC) + Performance Incentives Qualification: Undergraduate / Graduate (Freshers & Experienced) Experience: 01 Years in International BPO Sector Shift: Rotational Night Shifts (24x7) Week Off: 2 Rotational Week Offs Transport: Two-way Cab Facility (As per company policy) Job Description We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals for an International Customer Service Voice Process. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer calls from international clients. Resolve customer queries related to products, services, billing, orders, and accounts. Deliver accurate and timely resolutions while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant departments when required. Meet individual and team performance targets including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics. Maintain professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers. Eligibility Criteria Undergraduate or Graduate from any discipline. Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates with 6 months to 5 years of experience in International Customer Service/BPO are preferred. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
