Job Title: Customer Support Team Leader Job Type: Full-time | Work From Office Salary: 20,000 - 25,000 per month Location: Kolkata, West Bengal Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Support Team Leader to lead our Tally Customer Support team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Tally Prime, GST, Accounting, and TDS, along with experience in managing a customer support team. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities * Lead and supervise the customer support team. * Allocate and monitor daily support tickets. * Ensure timely customer support through phone, email, remote access, and onsite visits. * Resolve complex customer queries and provide technical guidance. * Track team performance and customer satisfaction. * Maintain CRM and support records. * Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, and Technical teams. * Conduct team training and performance reviews. * Ensure compliance with service standards and company policies. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Business Administration (BBA), or a related field. * Minimum 2 of experience in Tally with team handling experience. * Strong knowledge of Tally Prime, GST, Accounting, TDS, and statutory compliance. * Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook. * Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali. * Strong leadership, planning, and customer service skills.
