International Customer Service Executive
We are hiring Customer Service Executives for International Voice Process. The candidate will handle customer calls, solve queries, and provide the best support experience to customers.
- Handle inbound customer queries related to technical and non technical issues.
- Understand customer issues and provide proper solutions.
- Answer customer queries in a polite and professional manner.
- Update customer details and call information.
- Follow company guidelines and meet daily targets.
- Maintain good customer service quality.
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate / UG Fresher candidates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Basic technical troubleshooting knowledge.
- Customer-centric approach with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
- UG and Btech / B.E.Graduates with 6 Months Experience in International/Domestic Customer Service can also apply.
Job Details
- Process: International Customer Support (Voice)
- CTC: 3 LPA to 4LPA
- Take Home Salary: 18000 to 25,000 per month
- Location: Gurugram/Noida
- Working Days: 5 Days working
- Week Off: 2 Rotational Off
- Shift: Rotational shifts
- Cab: Both-side cab facility available
