About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Verification Executive to join our Operations team. The candidate will be responsible for conducting Video KYC verification, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, and providing a smooth customer onboarding experience. Key Responsibilities Conduct Video KYC verification for customer onboarding.Verify customer identity and validate KYC documents through live video interactions.Ensure all customer information is accurate and complete.Identify and report suspicious or fraudulent activities.Follow RBI and company compliance guidelines during the verification process.Maintain high standards of data confidentiality and customer privacy.Resolve basic customer queries during the KYC process.Record and update verification details in the internal system.Meet daily productivity and quality targets.Coordinate with internal teams for verification-related issues.Required Skills Good communication skills in Hindi (Mandatory) and English.Ability to interact confidently with customers through video calls.Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.Good observation and attention to detail.Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Willingness to work from the Bangalore office.Eligibility Criteria Diploma, Certification, or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.Freshers are encouraged to apply.Immediate joiners will be preferred.Why Join Us Opportunity to build a career in Banking & FinTech Operations.Comprehensive training and career growth opportunities.Dynamic and collaborative work environment.Exposure to digital customer onboarding and compliance processes.Compensation: 12,500.00 - 15,600.00 per month Work Location: In person .
