- Experience in Import/Export Documentation and Compliance

- Familiarity with SAP GTS, Amber Road, or similar Trade Compliance tools

Job Description Summary
As Customs & Global Trade Team Leader , you will provide detail oriented and proactive support for international trade operations. This role ensures compliance with global customs regulations and supports smooth import/export processes for pharmaceutical products.
Key responsibilities will include:
1. Customs Documentation Review
Verify import/export documents for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
2. HS Code Classification
Support correct classification of pharmaceutical goods using Harmonized System codes.
3. Regulatory Compliance Monitoring
Ensure trade activities comply with CDSCO, FDA, EMA, and other global regulations.
4. Trade Data Analysis
Analyse customs and trade data to identify trends, risks, and cost-saving opportunities.
5. Customs Filing Support
Assist in preparing and submitting digital customs declarations and filings.
6. Controlled Substance Handling
Ensure proper documentation and permits for regulated pharmaceutical substances.
