Core Business Analysis Skills
Proven experience in Business / Systems Analysis within large, regulated environments.
Solid capability in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting requirements across cybersecurity or network security projects
Proficiency in business process modelling, documentation tools, and requirements lifecycle management.
Experience in leading or supporting the transition and operationalization of projects or program to operations team
Network Security and Cybersecurity Knowledge
Solid understanding of network security concepts, controls, and architectures
Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, CIS) and ability to embed them into projects.
Experience acting as a liaison between technical cybersecurity teams and business stakeholders.
Expertise in Splunk Reporting
Solid expertise in Splunk reporting and dashboard development
Proven ability to write and optimize Splunk queries using Splunk Query Language (SPL) for data analysis and to deliver engineering insights and solutions
Communication and Stakeholder Management
Strong ability to translate technical network security concepts into business-friendly language.
Demonstrated stakeholder management skills across technical teams, senior management, and business functions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing.
Agile Delivery Experience
Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scaled Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, Protected).
Experience in supporting product owners with epics, user stories, product backlogs.
Regulatory and Risk Awareness
Experience in highly regulated financial institutions with exposure to compliance and data protection requirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
Ability to assess and articulate risk exposure and help stakeholders manage it effectively. .
