Cyber Security Engineer (Cloud / DevSecOps) Company: Arj Global India Pvt Ltd Location: Bengaluru, India (Hybrid) Engagement: Consultant / Contract Background Arj Global is looking for a Cyber Security Engineer to support enterprise cyber engineering initiatives within a large-scale technology environment. The role will focus on providing operational support for cyber security and privacy initiatives while working closely with engineering teams to ensure secure development and cloud practices. Scope of Work The consultant will: Support cyber security and privacy initiatives within the cyber engineering function Provide operational support for security engineering activities across cloud and application platforms Assist in implementing and maintaining security controls in cloud environments (GCP) Support secure development practices and DevSecOps workflows Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python for security operations Build and maintain CI/CD security workflows using GitHub and GitHub Actions Collaborate with engineering teams to identify vulnerabilities and improve the overall security posture Assist with security reviews, vulnerability remediation, and continuous improvement initiatives Required Skills & Experience Core Skills (Most Important) GitHub Actions Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation Python Experience writing scripts for automation and security tooling GCP / Cloud Security Experience working with cloud platforms and implementing security best practices Additional Desired Experience Strong understanding of GitHub workflows and repository management Experience in Application Security or Cloud Security Familiarity with DevSecOps practices Experience working in Agile development environments Knowledge of security tools, vulnerability management, or security testing Job Type: Contract Full Time Job Location: Bengaluru .
