Overview
**Job Description**
As a Cybersecurity Pre-Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role as the technical face of the sales team. Your primary responsibilities will include engaging with prospective clients and existing clients to understand their security needs, designing tailored security solutions, and demonstrating the value of offerings. You will collaborate closely with sales and partner vendors to ensure that proposals and proofs-of-concept (PoCs) are compelling, relevant, and aligned with customer goals. Your role will require a combination of deep cybersecurity knowledge along with excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Engage with prospects and existing clients to gather technical requirements and understand the client's business landscape and security posture.
- Design and architect tailored security solutions by leveraging SNS partner technologies such as next-gen firewalls, SIEM, EDR, DLP, SASE, WAF, and cloud security.
- Conduct Proof of Concept (PoC), demos, and technical presentations for customers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with sales and vendor partners to develop compelling proposals, quotes, and solution documentation.
- Provide technical expertise during customer meetings and RFP/RFI responses.
- Identify opportunities and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Translate complex cybersecurity concepts into clear, consultative language for decision-makers.
- Stay current with cybersecurity trends, product updates, and competitive landscapes to strengthen SNS's market positioning.
**Requirements**
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or a technical cybersecurity role with proficiency in Checkpoint and Fortinet products.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity domains including network security, endpoint protection, DLP, SASE, WAF, identity & access management, cloud security, SIEM/SOC, and vulnerability management.
- Proven experience in conducting PoCs, demos, and technical presentations to both technical and business audiences.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to travel to customer locations as required.
