Cybersecurity Specialist

- Monitor systems and networks for security breaches and suspicious activity - Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing - Implement and manage security tools such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, antivirus, and SIEM - Investigate and respond to security incidents - Develop and enforce security policies and procedures - Conduct risk assessments and threat analysis - Ensure compliance with Indian IT laws and data protection standards - Collaborate with IT teams to secure infrastructure and applications - Provide security awareness training to employees - Maintain documentation and incident reports

- Bachelors degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Computer Science, or related field - 25+ years of experience in cybersecurity or information security roles - Strong knowledge of network security, system security, and encryption - Experience with security tools such as Splunk, Wireshark, Nessus, and Metasploit - Familiarity with operating systems like Windows and Linux - Understanding of security frameworks like ISO 27001, NIST, and CIS Controls - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently in a remote environment Additionally, if you possess the following qualifications, it would be considered a plus: - Certifications such as CEH, CISSP, CompTIA Security+, CISM - Experience with cloud security services like AWS, Azure, GCP - Knowledge of DevSecOps practices - Familiarity with SOC operations - Experience in industries like banking, fintech, or IT services
