01Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales and business development teams to support customer acquisition and revenue growth initiatives.
- Understand customer business requirements and translate them into effective technical and business solutions.
- Prepare and deliver impactful presentations, product demonstrations, and solution walkthroughs to prospective clients.
- Create detailed proposals, RFP/RFI responses, solution documents, and effort estimations.
- Coordinate with technical, delivery, and product teams to design customized client solutions.
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions and solution discussions with stakeholders.
- Support solution architecture discussions and recommend appropriate technologies and service offerings.
- Participate in client meetings, negotiations, and technical discussions throughout the sales lifecycle.
- Develop value propositions and competitive positioning strategies.
- Perform market research, competitor analysis, and identify emerging business opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure timely submission of proposals and adherence to quality standards.
- Support transition from presales to delivery teams for smooth project onboarding.
Technical Skills Required:
- Strong understanding of Presales, Solution Consulting, and Bid Management processes.
Experience in preparing:
- RFP/RFI responses
- Solution proposals
- Technical documentation
- Presentations and estimations
- Familiarity with enterprise technologies, cloud solutions, software services, or digital transformation offerings.
- Knowledge of CRM tools, MS PowerPoint, Excel, and collaboration platforms.
- Understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and IT service delivery models is preferred.
- Experience with solution design and customer requirement analysis.
