Data Analyst (AI & Analytics)

Job Description About the Role We are looking for a sharp, curious Data Analyst with a strong grasp of AI and machine learning tools to join our growing analytics team. You will turn complex datasets into clear insights, build intelligent dashboards, and leverage AI to accelerate decision-making across the business. Key Responsibilities Analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights Build and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) Apply AI/ML techniques such as predictive modelling, clustering, and NLP to business problems Use AI-assisted tools (e.g. Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) to automate repetitive analysis and reporting tasks Collaborate with business stakeholders to define KPIs and data requirements Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance across reporting pipelines Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences Requirements 3+ years of experience in a data analyst or similar role Proficiency in SQL and at least one scripting language (Python or R preferred) Handson experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.) Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and ability to apply prebuilt models or libraries (scikitlearn, etc.) Experience using AI productivity tools to enhance analytical workflows Strong data visualisation and storytelling skills Excellent attention to detail and problemsolving mindset Nice to Have Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP, Snowflake, BigQuery) Exposure to LLMs and prompt engineering for data tasks Knowledge of statistical modelling or A/B testing What We Offer Competitive salary and performance bonus Flexible hybrid working arrangement Learning & development budget with access to AI and data courses Collaborative, datadriven culture where your insights make a real impact Job Classification Industry: IT Services & Consulting Functional Area / Department: Data Science & Analytics Role Category: Business Intelligence & Analytics Role: Data Analyst Employement Type: Full time Contact Details: Company: S P A Enterprise Location(s): Pune Ability to work in a team environment with members of varying skill levels.
