1. Position Title Lead - Data Analyst
2. Reports to Asst Gen Manager Projects
3. Location Bangalore (Office)
4. Job responsibilities Managing & Mentor the Data Analysts team
Business Acumen & Strategic Thinking: Understandingkey business metrics and aligning data insights with
organizational goals.
Communication & Stakeholder Management: Ability topresent complex, technical findings to non-technical
stakeholders and influence decision-making.
Structured Problem Solving: Translating vague businessquestions into actionable, testable analytical
approaches.
Project Management & Leadership: Managing multipleprojects, setting priorities, and mentoring junior staff.
Critical Thinking & Attention to Detail: Ensuring dataaccuracy, identifying biases, and identifying the "why"
behind trends
5. Educational Qualification M.Sc/Bachelor of Engg in Computer Science
6. Professional Experience Having relevant experience of 7-10 Years.
7. Expected skills Tools, Languages & Databases: Qlik Sense, Qlik View,
PowerBI, Tableu, Python/R, Cloud Platforms, SQL
Server, MySQL, Data Modeling, PowerApps, Power
Automate, MediaWiki
Strong Statistical knowledge, stakeholdermanagement, data storytelling and business acumen
Familiarity with AWS, GCP or Azure, Linux OSProficient with use of Microsoft Office suite(Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
Proven experience ino developing visual reports using PowerBI or
any other BI tool,
o using PowerQuery, DAX for data
transformations
o developing web pages using SharePoint
Online
o administrating SharePoint site collection
settings
o JSON language for workflow customizations
using Power Automate
o CMS deployments and administration of CMS
especially MediaWiki tool
Compensation: 700,000.00 - 1,200,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person .
