About the Job Barclays is hiring for the role of Data Analyst in Bangalore . In this role, you will spearhead the evolution of the warehouse landscape for analytics work. You will be responsible for implementing data quality processes, extracting actionable insights to improve operations, and optimizing resources. Execute data cleansing and transformation tasks to prepare data for analysis. Design and build data pipelines to automate data movement and processing. Develop and apply advanced analytical techniques (ML/AI) to solve complex business problems. Document data quality findings and provide recommendations for improvement. Qualifications & Skills Essential Skills: Strong experience in writing complex SQL scripts and data profiling. Knowledge of Banking Domain (Collection, Recovery, Lending) is preferred. Working knowledge of Warehousing projects and concepts (Teradata, Oracle, Big Data, Cloud). Familiarity with Data Modelling tools and source-to-target mapping. Desirable Skills: Knowledge of AWS, Python/PySpark , Snowflake, Databricks, and JIRA/Agile methodologies.
