The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Power BI, Superset, SQL, Python/R, Advanced Excel, and possess strong analytical and stakeholdercoordination skills.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Analytics & InsightsPerform in-depth data analysis to drive operational improvements and business decisions.Track and analyze operational metricsIdentify trends, patterns, and insights from complex datasets and present concise recommendations.Prepare Monthly, Quarterly, and Adhoc performance reports.What You'll Bring:Reporting & DashboardingBuild and maintain dashboards using Power BI, Superset, and other BI tools.Develop robust MIS reports ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.Automate recurring reports and optimize data workflows.Data Management & WranglingClean, transform, and validate large datasets from multiple sources.Ensure high data quality, reliability, and integrity.Work with relational databases using SQL to extract and manipulate data.Stakeholder CollaborationCoordinate with Operations, Product, Technology, and Business stakeholders.Translate business needs into analytical requirements and provide clear insights.Communicate findings through visual storytelling and presentations.
