01Key Responsibilities
Analyse financial, procurement, and sales data to generate actionable insights
Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and management presentations
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and analytical reports
Perform data extraction, cleaning, and analysis using SQL and Excel
Monitor key business KPIs related to cost, revenue, purchasing, and sales performance
Analyse supplier performance, purchase trends, inventory data, and cost-saving opportunities
Support sales forecasting, customer analysis, and revenue growth initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve business performance
Required Skills:
Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, XLOOKUP, Data Analysis)
SQL knowledge
Power BI / Tableau dashboard development
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
Understanding of Finance, Procurement, and Sales processes
Good communication and reporting skills
Preferred Experience:
Experience in manufacturing / medical device / pharmaceutical industry preferred
Knowledge of Tally, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
Understanding of quality and business processes (ISO 13485 knowledge is an advantage)
Qualification:
Bachelors degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.
Experience:
25 years of experience in Data Analytics, MIS Reporting, Business Intelligence, Finance Analytics, or related roles.
Compensation: 20,000.00 - 45,000.00 per month
