01Overview
Work Location: Client Office, Delhi (candidates must be open to working from client office in Delhi
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain data pipelines, reports, and dashboards to support project outcome areas
Analyze large, complex datasets to surface actionable insights for business and technical stakeholders
Translate raw data into clear, decision-ready reporting and visualizations for leadership and client review
Collaborate with project, technical, and business teams to define data requirements and success metrics
Identify data quality issues and recommend improvements to data collection, structure, and reporting processes
Experience
Minimum 12 years of experience in data analysis / data science, with hands-on experience delivering reporting and analytics solutions in large-scale IT engagements
Desired Skills & Competencies
Strong general insurance business understanding, with the ability to apply this context to data modeling and analysis
Domain knowledge relevant to the project's outcome areas, with demonstrated experience in similar engagements
Deep understanding of the challenges faced by customers and agents from a data, reporting, and analytics perspective, with the ability to translate these into meaningful insights and dashboards
Proficiency in data analysis/visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Python/R, Power BI/Tableau) and statistical methods
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Qualification
B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science / Electronics / ECE / EE / ECS / IT Engineering, or MCA, along with a relevant professional certification in Data Analysis or Data Science .
