01Responsibilities
Collect, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources to support business reporting and decision-makingCreate clear insights on campaign performance, member/customer behavior, trends, drivers, and key business metricsBuild and maintain dashboards, recurring reports, and executive-ready views using Power BI, Tableau, or similar toolsSupport forecasting and performance tracking using statistical and analytical techniquesPartner with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable analytics solutionsAutomate manual reporting processes and improve data quality, consistency, and efficiencyPrepare simple, actionable summaries and presentations for technical and non-technical audiencesFollow enterprise data governance, privacy, and security standards while handling business dataComply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do soRequired Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field3+ years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, marketing analytics, or reportingExperience with Power BI, Tableau, or other visualization and reporting toolsWorking knowledge of Python, R, or similar analytical tools is preferredGood understanding of KPIs, campaign measurement, trend analysis, and forecasting conceptsProven solid SQL skills and experience working with large datasetsProven solid communication skills with the ability to explain data insights in a simple and practical wayProven ability to work independently, manage priorities, and collaborate across teams
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with marketing, healthcare, digital, or customer/member analyticsExperience with Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, GitHub, or similar modern data platformsExposure to Adobe Analytics, customer journey data, or campaign platformsInterest in using AI and automation to improve analytics delivery and reporting efficiency
