As a Data Analytics Tester - Senior Associate - Operate, you will play a pivotal role in our Testing as a Service team, helping organizations and PwC teams deliver testing solutions and excellence through automated testing. You will execute client-centric test scripts and scenarios linked to specific user personas and stories, driving tailored results for our clients. As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain professional standards. You will focus on building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will collaborate with a wide array of teams to help clients implement and operate new capabilities, achieve operational efficiencies, and harness the power of technology. Within our Managed Services practice, you will work across various enterprise-level technology platforms and solutions such as Oracle, Workday, SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft, and Servicenow. Responsibilities Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement and operate new capabilities for clients Executing automated testing solutions to enhance testing excellence and minimize post go-live issues Developing and executing client-centric test scripts and scenarios linked to user personas and stories Utilizing a variety of enterprise-level technology platforms such as Oracle, Workday, SAP, Salesforce, and Microsoft for testing services Analyzing complex business issues and providing strategic solutions from strategy to execution Delegating tasks to team members to provide growth opportunities and coaching them to achieve results Demonstrating critical thinking to bring order to unstructured problems and extract insights from industry trends Reviewing work for quality, accuracy, and relevance to maintain professional standards Building quality relationships by adapting communication styles to different situations and perspectives Upholding the firm's code of ethics and business conduct in all client interactions What You Must Have At least a Bachelor's degree At least 5 years of experience Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart Excelling in Acceptance Testing and Automation Testing Demonstrating proficiency in Agile SDLC and Agile Program Management Utilizing Quality Assurance Best Practices and Quality Control Testing Engaging in Software Quality Assurance (SQA) and System Troubleshooting Applying Analytical Thinking and Problem Diagnosis skills Embracing change and demonstrating Intellectual Curiosity Developing Test Cases and managing Test Environment Management (TEM) .
