Lead Data Science and Analytics delivery for business domains such as Quality, Supply Chain, Commercial, and Finance.
Manage and mentor a team of Data Engineers and Data Scientists, ensure technical excellence and delivery quality.
Design end-to-end data and analytics solutions covering data ingestion, transformation, model development, deployment, and visualization.
Drive the complete Machine Learning lifecycle including feature engineering, model development, validation, deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
Develop and enhance NLP and LLM-based solutions for document processing, text analytics, and enterprise AI use cases.
Define and standardize enterprise KPIs, business metrics, and reporting frameworks.
Architect data pipelines and real-time analytics solutions for connected devices and enterprise platforms.
Establish and enforce data governance, metadata management, data quality, and security standards.
Present business insights and analytical findings to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Evaluate and implement emerging technologies including Generative AI, LLMs, and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG).

Engineering Degree BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.
Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.
