We are looking for: Data & Analytics Engineer Youll make an impact by: Design and optimize data models and pipelines that improve data consumption and business intelligence.Build and maintain Snowflake and dbt transformations that support advanced analytics and machine learning capabilities.Enable secure, scalable, reliable, and cost-effective cloud-based data storage and processing.Develop online dashboards and data models that strengthen Sales Data operations and business decision-making.Streamline data development and deployment using version control and CI/CD workflows such as GitHub.Align with key stakeholders to ensure clear communication, collaboration, and delivery against business needs.Guide agile ways of working and support a continuous improvement mindset across the team.Evaluate emerging data engineering and analytics trends, especially across Snowflake and dbt. Youre excited to build on your existing expertise, including: Apply SQL, data modeling, and ETL/ELT workflow design to solve business data challenges.Use Snowflake, dbt, and cloud-based data warehousing to develop robust analytics-ready data architectures.Manage version control and CI/CD workflows using tools such as GitHub.Create data models and interactive dashboards that support analytics and business intelligence.Translate complex technical concepts clearly for non-technical stakeholders in English.Navigate and interpret Power BI dashboards with an understanding of business user visualization needs.Bring analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and an agile mindset to data and analytics delivery.
