01Responsibilities
Design end-to-end human-agent journeys across enterprise processes. Define interaction patterns for agent delegation, approvals, escalation, explainability, and recover Partner with product, engineering, process, and AI teams to convert workflows into production experiences. Prototype and validate conversational, multimodal, and workflow-based AI interface Design for uncertainty, model limitations, user control, trust, and responsible AI. Use behavioral and product data to continuously improve adoption and task completion.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Production AI, conversational AI, copilots, or intelligent workflow product design. Human-AI interaction, service design, UX research, and interaction design. Agent states, confidence indicators, approval flows, exception handling, and fallback paths. Advanced prototyping and scalable design systems. Ability to work closely with engineers on API-, data-, and model-driven experience. .
