Data Engineer | Python, PySpark, Databricks & Power BI Location Gurgaon Experience 5+ Years Responsibilities - Design, develop, and optimize scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines. - Build and maintain enterprise-grade data solutions using Python, SQL, PySpark, and Databricks. - Develop interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI. - Work with large-scale structured and unstructured datasets across multiple business domains. - Perform data transformation, cleansing, and integration from diverse data sources. - Design and implement efficient data models and warehousing solutions. - Ensure data quality, scalability, reliability, and performance optimization. - Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, architects, and development teams to deliver data-driven solutions. - Support reporting, analytics, and business intelligence initiatives through robust data engineering practices. - Troubleshoot and optimize existing data pipelines and reporting environments. Requirements Must-Have Skills - 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering. - Strong proficiency in Python and SQL. - Hands-on experience with PySpark and Databricks. - Mandatory experience in Power BI Development. - Strong experience in ETL/ELT pipeline development. - Expertise in data transformation and large-scale data processing. - Experience working with structured and unstructured datasets. - Good understanding of data warehousing concepts and architectures. - Strong knowledge of data modeling and dimensional modeling principles. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work collaboratively with both business and technical stakeholders. Preferred Skills - Experience working in Analytics, Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, or Financial Services domains. - Exposure to cloud-based data engineering platforms. - Understanding of data governance and data quality frameworks. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. - Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
