About the Role
We are looking for a highly analytical and passionate Data Engineer (Data Scientist) to join our Finance Operations team. In this role, you will lead end-to-end data science initiatives, build scalable machine learning solutions, and partner with cross-functional teams to solve complex business problems using data.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Data Science projects including:
- Data exploration & analysis
- Feature engineering
- Model development & experimentation
- Model deployment
- Business impact measurement
Build and deploy machine learning, statistical, and decision science solutions to solve complex Finance Operations challenges.
Develop predictive models for:
- Forecasting
- Anomaly Detection
- Risk Identification
- Business Optimization
Collaborate with Product Managers, Finance teams, Data Engineers, BI Engineers, and Software Engineers to drive data-driven decisions.
Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders and influence business strategy.
Continuously improve model performance and stay updated with the latest AI, ML, and Decision Science advancements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
- 4+ years of Data Science or Applied Machine Learning experience
- Strong programming skills in Python and SQL
- Hands-on experience building and deploying ML models in production
- Strong knowledge of:
