Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in company databases and systems while ensuring the highest level of accuracy and confidentiality. The successful candidate should possess solid typing skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain data in company databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of information before entering it into the system.
- Review and correct data discrepancies, errors, and inconsistencies.
- Maintain electronic and physical records in an organized manner.
- Prepare, compile, and sort documents for data entry.
- Retrieve and provide information from databases as requested.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive company and customer information.
- Generate reports and perform basic data analysis when required.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data integrity and timely updates.
- Perform other administrative and clerical duties as assigned.
