About the Role
Probitas Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Data Entry Executive to support day-to-day data entry, documentation and record management activities at our Panvel branch.
This is a fresher-friendly opportunity. Candidates with basic computer and data entry skills can apply. On-the-job training will be provided on company processes, systems and insurance-related activities.
Key Responsibilities
Enter and update data accurately in company systems and Excel sheets.
Verify information and maintain data accuracy.
Maintain customer and business-related records.
Support documentation and record management.
Prepare and update basic reports and MIS as required.
Maintain physical and digital records.
Coordinate with internal teams for required information.
Complete assigned work within defined timelines.
Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
Eligibility & Skills
Graduate mandatory.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Candidates with 02 years of experience may apply.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.
Good typing and data entry skills.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic English reading and writing skills.
Willingness to learn and work in a team.
Candidates from Panvel and nearby locations preferred.

Venue: Wadala Office
Prior Appointment: Mandatory
