01Key Responsibilities
Data Entry: Input and update data into our systems with precision. You will be responsible for maintaining databases and ensuring that information is accurate.
Verification: Review data for errors or inaccuracies and make necessary corrections. Attention to detail is important to uphold data integrity.
Organizing Files: Sort and organize physical and digital files to ensure easy access and retrieval of information. This involves establishing a systematic filing system.
Reporting: Generate reports as required, summarizing data effectively for management review. This may include compiling statistics or creating monthly summaries.
Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to support various projects and initiatives. Effective communication will enhance team productivity.
Required Skills and Expectations:
Candidates must have a graduate degree and be comfortable working in an office workplace. Solid typing skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, are essential. You should be able to organize tasks effectively and manage time well. A keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently are key for success in this role. Familiarity with data entry software will be an added advantage, though training will be provided.
