About the Role :We are looking for experienced Data Governance / Data Quality professionals with strong expertise in Collibra, Data Quality and Data Management. The role involves working with business and technology teams to establish effective data governance practices, improve data quality and support enterprise data management initiatives.Key Responsibilities :- Work on enterprise-wide data governance and data management initiatives.- Implement and maintain data governance processes and standards.- Work with Collibra for data governance and data management activities.- Define, document and maintain business and technical data requirements.- Support data quality assessment, monitoring and remediation activities.- Identify data quality issues and work with relevant teams to resolve them.- Establish and maintain data quality rules, standards and controls.- Support metadata and data management activities.- Collaborate with data owners, data stewards, business users and technical teams.- Maintain data governance documentation, policies and procedures.- Support implementation of data governance frameworks across business functions.- Monitor adherence to data governance and data quality standards.- Participate in stakeholder discussions to understand data-related requirements.- Contribute to continuous improvement of data management and quality processes.Technical Skills :- Collibra- Data Quality- Data Management- Metadata Management- Data Governance Frameworks- Data Quality Rules & ControlsCandidate Profile :- 5 - 12 years of relevant experience in Data Governance, Data Quality or Data Management.- Hands-on experience with Collibra.- Strong understanding of enterprise data governance concepts.- Experience working with data quality processes and controls.- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.- Ability to work with both business and technical teams.Education :- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline preferred.
