- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the development and implementation of innovative visualization strategies to improve data comprehension and usability. - Foster a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team. - Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Visualization. - Strong expertise in designing and developing interactive dashboards and reports using modern business intelligence tools. - Experience in data wrangling, cleaning, and preparation to ensure high-quality and actionable insights. - Ability to leverage artificial intelligence and generative AI technologies to enhance visualization capabilities and user engagement. - Skilled in storytelling techniques to effectively communicate complex data insights to diverse audiences. - Familiarity with web-based visualization frameworks and tools to create dynamic and user-friendly interfaces. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Data Visualization. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required. .
