As a Data Mapping Analyst - Manager, you will specialize in providing consulting services for Guidewire software solutions, helping clients optimize operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. Responsibilities Leads the offshore data mapping team, overseeing development and maintenance of the source-to-target mapping specification between Signature/Systematics and Fiserv Premier. Facilitates SME mapping workshops, resolves field-level ambiguities, and ensures mapping documentation is complete and version-controlled.
