Role Description
We are looking for a Data Network Engineer for a full-time opportunity to support the reliability, performance, security, and availability of the organizations network and IT infrastructure.
The role is suitable for fresh graduates and early-career professionals interested in building experience across computer networks, LAN/WAN, routing and switching, network security, firewalls, wireless networks, troubleshooting, and IT infrastructure.
The Data Network Engineer will work closely with IT, infrastructure, security, operations, vendors, and business teams to maintain stable network connectivity and support the organizations growing technology requirements.
Qualifications
B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma / BCA / B.Sc. / MCA in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, Networking, Telecommunications, or a related discipline.Freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.Candidates with 05 years of experience in networking, IT infrastructure, network support, system administration, telecommunications, or related roles can apply.Basic to good understanding of TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, VLAN, DNS, DHCP, routing, switching, and network troubleshooting.Familiarity with routers, switches, firewalls, wireless access points, and enterprise networking equipment will be an advantage.Knowledge of networking technologies and concepts such as VPN, NAT, subnetting, STP, OSPF, BGP, or network security will be beneficial.Exposure to Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper, Aruba, Sophos, Ubiquiti, or similar networking platforms will be an advantage but is not mandatory.Certifications such as CCNA, Network+, CCNP, or equivalent will be preferred but are not mandatory.Basic understanding of Windows/Linux environments, servers, cloud networking, or cybersecurity will be beneficial.Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.Good communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.Ability to coordinate with vendors, ISPs, service providers, and cross-functional teams.Internship, certification, home-lab, academic project, or hands-on networking experience will be considered.Strong willingness to learn and develop technical networking skills. .
