Candidate needs 15 years of full-time education.
Proficient with basic computer knowledge.
Excellent website research & navigation skills.
Good reading, understanding and interpretation of content.
Flexible to work in 24/7 environments, comfortable with night shifts (rotational).
Excellent verbal, written communication, interpretation and active listening skills.
Good command of English grammar and fluency in English.
Able to manage outbound calls in a timely manner following scripts for different scenarios.
Quickly assimilate process knowledge.
Effective probing & analysing skills; capable of multitasking voice & data entry.
No long leave planned for at least the next 1 year.
Work will be from office only (No WFH). .
