01Responsibilities
Support in identifying and maintaining a record of applicable data protection and privacy regulations in Taiwan, Singapore, Europe, China and other countries (where the organization has setup establishments or subsidiaries) Develop and implement data privacy policies and practices to support the Organisations privacy program Perform tasks identified by the DPO to drive, monitor and support the Organisations privacy program Conduct Data Protection Impact Assessments for internal business process Implement cookie compliance program for the official website Perform data sharing reviews in-line with the applicable regulations for internal and external data transfers Manage Data Subject Rights (DSR) Develop and maintain Records of Processing Activities (RoPA) and Data Flow Diagrams (DFD) for critical business processes Collaborate with supporting functions such as Legal, IT, other security teams and business functions to stay up to date with new processes and policies Provide privacy training for all employees and contractors Qualification: Technical expertise in implementing privacy tools such as One Trust/Big ID Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field. Advanced degree preferred Proven experience in privacy roles Sound understanding of GDPR, Singapores PDPA and other data protection regulations in Asia Pacific region Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to stay up-to-date with emerging trends and changes in the privacy landscape Professional certification such as CIPP/E, CIPP/A, CIPM etc., is preferred .
