Data Quality & Management Lead

Lead and manage the Sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance improvement guidance. Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely and satisfactory resolution. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and efficient sales process. Stay updated on industry trends and customer needs to improve team performance. Prepare and present regular reports on team performance and departmental metrics. Monitor and maintain Sales Conversion Ratios, including Lead-to-Deal and Deal-to-Won performance on an agent-wise basis. Maintain and monitor the Agent-wise Revenue Pipeline. Experience Required Must Have Minimum 7 years of overall work experience. Minimum 3 years of experience in a Team Leader role. Experience leading Revenue Function teams. Experience working in a Call Centre environment. Preferred ~ Experience in a similar industry. Skills Required Must Have Strong leadership and team management skills. Understanding of Call Centre Metrics . Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle customer escalations and ensure customer satisfaction. Knowledge of CRM systems and industry-specific tools. Preferred ~ Strong analytical skills to evaluate team performance and make data-driven decisions. .
