About the Job: Capgemini is hiring a Data Science with experience of 48 years to join their office. The role involves driving data analytics strategy from design through implementation and acting as a trusted advisor to clients. The position includes developing analytics roadmaps, defining data strategies, delivering analytics solutions, leading analytics project teams, and managing client engagements while ensuring successful project delivery. Eligibility Holds a degree in Engineering such as B.E or B.Tech or a postgraduate degree such as M.E, M.Tech, M.Sc, or MBA. Other graduates with degrees in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Computer Applications are also eligible. Possesses 48 years of experience in delivering data and analytics engagements. Demonstrates experience across industries such as consumer products, retail, manufacturing, automotive, life sciences, financial services, telecom, media, or technology. Has knowledge of analytics frameworks and project lifecycle management. Possesses hands-on experience in data science and machine learning techniques including supervised and unsupervised learning, NLP, and computer vision. Demonstrates strong applied statistics knowledge including distributions, statistical inference, and hypothesis testing. Shows expertise in building deep learning models such as ANNs, CNNs, LSTM, transfer learning, and encoderdecoder models. Has understanding of Generative AI and Agentic AI. Demonstrates proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, Go, SAS, or Matlab. Has experience using data science libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, StatModel, Scikit-learn, SciPy, NLTK, Spacy, Gensim, or OpenCV. Has experience with data science frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, XGBoost, or H2O. Possesses exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure and big data technologies such as Hadoop, Hive, MapReduce, or PySpark. Has experience with model deployment, MLOps, Generative AI technologies, project delivery management, and team handling. Role and Responsibilities Drive data analytics strategy from design through implementation for client projects. Develop analytics roadmaps, business cases, and data strategies for clients. Perform business analysis to solve complex problems using analytics. Act as a trusted advisor while managing client engagement and stakeholder relationships. Design and implement complex data and analytics solution architectures. Lead teams consisting of consultants across big data, data science, data engineering, data warehousing, and data visualization. Deliver analytics solutions that address critical business priorities and challenges. Manage client expectations, project staffing, risks, and issue resolution during project delivery.
