Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and solve moderately complex business problems related to retail forecasting and replenishment.
- Develop new solutions by adapting and leveraging existing forecasting methods and procedures.
- Apply time series forecasting, statistical modeling, and advanced analytics techniques.
- Utilize tools such as O9, Databricks, Python, and Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
- Translate business requirements into analytical models and dashboards.
- Support retail supply chain planning and inventory optimization initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align with strategic goals.
- Manage medium to small-sized teams or workstreams effectively.
- Operate with minimal supervision on new assignments and take ownership of deliverables.
- Ensure prioritization of workload and maintain a high attention to detail.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in O9 Retail Supply Chain, Databricks, Forecasting & Time Series Analysis, Statistical Modeling, Python, and Power BI.
