Key Responsibilities
**
- Develop data science solutions to optimize DSP operations, capacity planning, and performance measurement globally
- Apply advanced machine learning techniques to identify opportunities for improving DSP analytics and forecasting models
- Analyze sentiment risks and enhance algorithms supporting DSP program management
- Analyze business requirements and calculate return on investment for DSP program policies
- Contribute to the development of scalable data models, dashboards, and reporting systems for DSP stakeholders
- Partner with Data Engineers to expand GenAI tools and improve developer productivity
- Mine and analyze complex datasets to generate actionable insights
- Collaborate in a fast-paced environment to solve problems and align research with program needs
- Work with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and ensure insights drive business outcomes

Qualifications Required
**
- 2 years of data scientist experience
- 3 years of experience with data querying languages (e.g., SQL), scripting languages (e.g., Python), or statistical/mathematical software (e.g., R, SAS, Matlab)
- 3 years of experience in machine learning/statistical modeling data analysis tools and techniques
- 1 year of experience guiding and coaching researchers
- 1 year of experience working with or evaluating AI systems
- 1 year of experience creating or contributing to mathematical textbooks, research papers, or educational content
- Masters degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) or equivalent experience
- Experience applying theoretical models in an applied environment
