Educational qualifications
Bachelors degree (minimum requirement).Work experience
6-8 years of experience in data protection or data loss prevention (DLP).
Demonstrated experience in three or more of the following domains:
Data discoveryData classificationData taggingData leakage/content monitoring & filtering (DLP)Secure messaging/email encryptionMobile device securityPublic Key Infrastructure (PKI)Data Rights Management (DRM)Secure information storageCDMC framework Experience with DLP, Data Discovery, and Classification vendors such as:
Microsoft AIP/MIPZscalerNetskopeBigIDDataguiseOneTrustPrivaci.aiInformatica EDC Familiarity with Insider Threat and User Behavior Analytics (UBA).
Understanding of regulatory & compliance frameworks including:
PCI DSS, GLBA, Basel II, EU Data Protection Directive, International Cross-Border requirements, U.S. State Data Privacy Laws.
Experience leading client discussions and supporting engagement delivery.
Experience supporting team coaching, financial tracking, and client interaction management.
Ability and willingness to travel and work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. .
