4+ years of DBA experience on PostgreSQL database.
Knowledge of high availability, disaster recovery and replication solutions and best practices
AWS/Azure knowledge and experience.
Experience with Postgres Connection Pooling (PgBouncer).
SQL, PLSQL and Linux scripting skills
Good communication skills
02Responsibilities
Configure, Monitor and Tuning Postgres database
Work with infrastructure team in monitoring database to prevent databases related issues and predicting future expansion needs.
Contribute to the resolution of database related issues and outages.
Work closely with Application developers in designing and creating new applications
Support Application developers on query optimization
Provide leadership, and mentor members of PostgreSQL team.
Support and participate in the RCA (Root Cause Analysis) process for database related issues. .
