Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
Attend patient enquiries and provide information regarding hospital services, doctors, appointments, and procedures.
Schedule, confirm, and follow up on patient appointments.
Make follow-up calls to patients as required.
Coordinate with the concerned departments regarding patient queries and appointments.
Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, appointments, and follow-ups.
Respond to patient concerns politely and escalate issues to the concerned department when required.
Promote hospital services and assist in generating patient enquiries.
Maintain confidentiality of patient and hospital information.
Eligibility & Skills
Minimum qualification: Graduate.
Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, hospital, healthcare, or front-office operations will be preferred.
Positive communication skills.
Pleasant telephone etiquette and a patient-friendly attitude.
Valuable interpersonal and follow-up skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team.
Shift Timings: 9 am - 6 pm
Job Type: Full time
Compensation: 18,000.00 - 23,000.00 per month
