Job Description SN Required Information Details 1 Role (Designation) Azure DB/Synapse Developer 2 Required Skill Set Data Pipeline Development: Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines using Azure Synapse Analytics (or ADB and ADF) to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into our data warehouse. Data Modeling: Create and optimize data models within Azure Synapse to support analytical and reporting requirements. Query Optimization: Write efficient SQL queries and optimize performance to ensure the responsiveness of data queries and reports. Data Integration: Integrate data from different sources, both on-premises and cloud, into Azure Synapse for a unified data view. Data Security: Implement and maintain data security measures, including encryption and access controls, to protect sensitive information. Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Monitor data pipelines and performance, proactively identifying and resolving issues to ensure data availability and accuracy. Collaboration: Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand their data requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs. Strong proficiency in SQL and data modeling. Experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, and other Azure data services is a plus. Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and best practices. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Azure certification(s) related to data engineering or analytics is a plus Good to Have Experience in Health Insurance domain Understanding of Agile methodologies Previous experience on CI/CD pipeline.
