Job Title: Dealer / Trading Support Executive (MCX & Equity)
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Dealer / Trading Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for order punching in MCX and Equity segments, providing prompt client support, and ensuring smooth trading operations. Candidates should have robust market knowledge, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Excel.
Key Responsibilities
Execute and punch client orders accurately in MCX and Equity segments.
Monitor trades and ensure timely order execution as per client instructions.
Handle client queries related to trading activities, order status, market updates, and account-related concerns.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues efficiently.
Maintain accuracy in trade records and transaction reporting.
Prepare and manage reports using Excel.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and company guidelines while handling trades.
Provide high-quality customer service and maintain professional client relationships.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in stock broking, trading operations, or dealer support roles.
Hands-on experience in MCX and Equity trading segments.
Technical Skills
Solid knowledge of Commodities (MCX) and Equity markets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including reporting and data management.
Familiarity with trading platforms and order management systems.
Communication Skills
Positive verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to interact confidently with clients and address their queries effectively.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates currently working in evening or late shifts will be preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.
Customer-focused approach with problem-solving abilities.
Shift Timings
3:00 PM to 12:00 AM .
