Job Summary
The Manager Debt Advisory & Transaction Execution will be responsible for originating and managing client relationships while executing debt fund-raising mandates for corporate clients. The role involves understanding client financing requirements, evaluating capital structures, preparing transaction documentation, coordinating with lenders and investors, and managing the end-to-end execution of debt transactions.
The incumbent will work closely with promoters, CFOs, banks, NBFCs, private credit funds, and internal teams to ensure timely closure of financing transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Develop and manage relationships with corporate clients, promoters, CFOs, and finance teams.
- Understand clients' business models, financing requirements, and strategic objectives.
- Identify opportunities for debt fundraising, refinancing, restructuring, and working capital solutions.
- Act as the primary relationship manager throughout the transaction lifecycle.
Debt Advisory
- Advise clients on optimal capital structures and financing strategies.
- Evaluate funding requirements and recommend suitable debt products.
- Structure financing solutions based on business needs and market conditions.
- Support clients in debt refinancing, acquisition financing, project finance, structured finance, and working capital arrangements.
Transaction Execution
- Manage end-to-end execution of debt transactions.
- Prepare financing proposals, information memorandums, lender presentations, and financial models.
- Coordinate due diligence and documentation with clients and lenders.
- Liaise with banks, NBFCs, private credit funds, AIFs, and financial institutions.
