Sales Closure Associate Debt Consolidation

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a 95% outbound and 5% inbound calling process.

• Make telemarketing calls using dialer and manual calling resources.

• Follow predefined scripts, filters, and qualification criteria.

• Identify and qualify potential customers for debt consolidation services.

• Transfer qualified prospects to the in-house Counselor for further processing.

• Handle inbound customer calls and assist with enrollment into offered products/services.

• Achieve individual sales and conversion targets.

• Maintain high-quality customer interactions and professional communication.

• Work according to US EST business hours.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 1+ year of experience in US outbound sales.

• Prior US calling / international voice process experience is mandatory.

• Strong experience in hardcore sales and sales closures.

• Excellent English communication skills.

• Strong convincing, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Comfortable working in a high-pressure sales environment.

• Experience in Debt Consolidation / Financial Services will be an advantage.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: Up to 45,000 per month

• Incentives: Weekly & monthly incentives, up to 2 Lakhs

• Meal facility available

• Both-side pick & drop facility

• Annual increments and appraisal

• Salary Date: 10th of every month

Shift & Working Details

• Shift: 7:00 PM 4:30 AM IST
  (Timing may vary based on US Daylight Saving Time)

• Work Module: Fixed

• Working Days: 5.5 days

• Company primarily operates Monday to Friday but employees may be required to work weekends as per business requirements.

• The process follows US EST working hours.

This is a B2C hardcore sales role. Candidates with strong US outbound sales and closure experience are preferred.
