Job Role:Debt Recovery Agent Job Description Make calls to customers regarding loan repayments and overdue collections. Follow up with customers on pending payments and committed payment dates. Communicate professionally with customers regarding repayment requirements. Handle customer queries and resolve repayment-related concerns. Maintain accurate records of customer calls, follow-ups, and payment commitments. Update collection status and customer information regularly. Achieve assigned monthly collection targets.
