Job Summary
Resolve Associates is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Collection Manager to lead the collections team, drive recovery performance, and ensure achievement of monthly collection targets while maintaining compliance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the collections team to achieve monthly recovery targets.
Monitor daily collection performance and prepare MIS reports.
Develop and implement effective collection and recovery strategies.
Handle escalated customer cases and negotiate payment resolutions.
Ensure compliance with company policies and collection guidelines.
Coordinate with Operations, Legal, and Field Teams for high-value cases.
Conduct team reviews, coaching, and performance monitoring.
Maintain portfolio quality and minimize delinquency levels.
Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
Minimum 35 years of experience in Collections/Recovery.
At least 12 years of team handling experience.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
