Job Description :Required Skills & Experience :- 15+ years of IT Delivery and Technology Services experience.- 15+ years managing large offshore delivery organizations.- Proven leadership of portfolios exceeding 200+ resources.- Experience managing multimillion-dollar delivery portfolios.- Strong Delivery Management and Program Leadership experience.- Experience leading Data Engineering and Analytics programs.- Strong commercial, financial and operational management capability.- Experience managing Engineering Managers and PMO functions.- Excellent stakeholder and executive communication skills.- Strong people leadership and organizational management capability.Technical Background :Strong experience in one or more of :1. Databricks2. Data Engineering3. Data Platforms4. Cloud Data Transformation Programs5. Data Warehousing6. Lakehouse Architectures7. Azure Data Platform8. Modern Data & Analytics9. Data Governance10.
