About Position: The Delivery Leader for the Watson Family portfolio is responsible for leading complex AI and automation engagements while supporting business development through discovery, assessments, solution design, and executive POV creation. The role bridges consulting, delivery execution, and presales to help clients realize business value from Watson Family solutions. Role: Delivery Leader Location: All Persistent Location Experience: 12+ Years Job Type: Full-Time Employment What You'll Do: Lead executive discovery workshops to identify AI and automation opportunities. Assess business processes, operational maturity, and technology readiness. Define use cases and prioritize transformation initiatives. Conduct technical, operational, and business assessments. Develop executive POVs, recommendations, and implementation roadmaps. Create value realization models and adoption strategies. Support strategic pursuits and proposal development. Collaborate with Sales, Client Partners, Solution Architects, and Product teams. Define implementation approaches, staffing models, estimates, and delivery plans. Present solutions to executive stakeholders. Lead implementation programs from planning through deployment. Ensure quality delivery, governance, financial performance, and customer success. Manage cross-functional teams and executive communications. Drive adoption, change management, and value realization. Develop AI delivery methodologies and reusable accelerators. Build assessment frameworks and solution assets. Mentor delivery managers and consultants. Share best practices across the organization. 12 to 15+ years in enterprise consulting, AI, or technology delivery. Experience leading complex AI and automation implementations. Strong consulting, presales, and executive engagement experience. Proven ability to lead discovery workshops and develop strategic recommendations. Excellent communication, leadership, and program management skills.
