We are looking for a skilled Delivery Manager to lead our commercial real estate lending services team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial real estate and excellent leadership skills.
Roles and Responsibility
Manage the delivery of commercial real estate lending services, including underwriting, loan origination, and portfolio monitoring.
Lead a team of professionals in CRE underwriting, loan origination, rent roll analysis, asset reviews, and SLA management.
Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Job Requirements
Strong knowledge of commercial real estate principles and practices.
