Description :
We are hiring an experienced Delivery Manager / Head Project Delivery to lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise technology programs, ensuring high standards of quality, timelines, cost optimization, and customer satisfaction.
The role requires strong expertise in Cybersecurity delivery, scaled Agile execution, SDLC governance, and enterprise stakeholder management, along with proven experience managing large-scale technology implementation programs.
Key Responsibilities :
Delivery Leadership :
- Own end-to-end delivery of enterprise technology projects.
- Lead project execution across Agile, Hybrid, and SDLC delivery models.
- Ensure successful project implementation and transition to support / AMC services.
Program Governance :
- Manage multi-stream enterprise technology programs.
- Drive governance including risk management, milestone tracking, quality control, and reporting.
- Present delivery roadmaps, risks, and program status to executive leadership.
Stakeholder Management :
- Manage enterprise client relationships and executive stakeholders.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction (CSAT) across programs.
Team & Resource Management :
- Lead cross-functional project teams across multiple delivery streams.
- Optimize resource utilization and drive team performance.
- Manage delivery teams, attrition control, and skill development.
Mandatory Experience :
- Candidates must meet all the below criteria:
- 15+ years of experience in IT Services / System Integration / Cybersecurity delivery.
- Proven experience managing enterprise client implementation programs.
- Ownership of complete project lifecycle including implementation and transition to support.
- Experience managing multi-stream technology delivery programs.
- Robust exposure to Cybersecurity / IAM / Cloud Security / Infrastructure / Enterprise IT projects.
- Strong expertise in SDLC delivery models (Agile / Hybrid / Waterfall).
- Experience working with BFSI / Ecommerce / Retail / Enterprise clients.
- Strong experience in delivery governance, risk management, and stakeholder reporting.
