01Responsibilities
" Lead a team of skilled reporting professionals and ensure end-to-end delivery of standard reports from internal and client systems Develop and deliver MIS reports using advanced Excel, PowerQuery, and VBA automation Gather business and client requirements and translate them into reports and dashboards Analyze data to identify trends, variances, and actionable business insights Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all reporting deliverables Drive automation and process improvement initiatives to reduce manual effort Provide strong stakeholder management with a consultative and service-oriented approach Support issue resolution through root cause analysis and preventive actions Maintain reporting documentation, SOPs, and version control standards Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure aligned and seamless delivery" "Must be open to Australian shift timings: (9 am to 5 pm) Australian time" .
